Complete Hosted Buyer Form Application
Please be sure that the Hosted Buyer form on your personal dashboard is filled properly.

Organiser Receives Application
Our team will review all Hosted Buyer applications and send confirmation within 5 working days regarding profile eligibility.

Get Confirmed & Matched
Once approved, you'll receive confirmation from the organiser — and we'll welcome you in Jakarta.

Terms & Conditions
- Open to qualified trade buyers only: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, developers & specifiers.
- Must hold decision-making or purchasing authority and provide a valid company profile.
- Complimentary 2-nights hotel stay applies to out-of-town / international buyers, subject to availability & quota.
- Buyer commits to attend a minimum number of pre-scheduled B2B meetings and/or Guided Tour by organiser during the show.
- Limited quota — acceptance is subject to organiser review and confirmation.
- Travel to/from Jakarta is the buyer's own arrangement unless otherwise stated.
