When is International Hardware Fair Indonesia?
International Hardware Fair Indonesia will take place from 24–27 September 2026.
Where is the show located?
The show will take place at NICE PIK 2, Hall 1, Jakarta, Indonesia.
What are the exhibition opening hours?
The exhibition is open to visitors from 10:00–19:00 on Thursday–Saturday and 10:00–18:00 on Sunday.
Is the INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR INDONESIA co-located with other events?
Yes. International Hardware Fair Indonesia is co-located with interzum jakarta and IFFINA+ powered by imm cologne, bringing together complementary industries across hardware, furniture, interiors and manufacturing.
What products and industries are covered?
International Hardware Fair Indonesia covers Hand & Power Tools, Fasteners & Fixings, Building Hardware, DIY Products, Security Systems, and Automotive Accessories & Tools.
Is there a dress code for the show?
Yes. All visitors are requested to wear business attire. Singlets, shorts, bermudas, sandals and slippers are not permitted in the exhibition.

The show is open to industry professionals, buyers, students and educators interested in the hardware and home improvement industry.
How do I get my ticket?
Register in advance at immf-connect.com to receive your QR code for faster and easier entry at the venue.
Is the entrance free?
Yes. Admission is free for all visitors.
Can students attend?
Yes. Students and educators are welcome, and no school or university referral is required.
Does my registration grant access to the co-located events?
Yes. Your registration provides complimentary access to International Hardware Fair Indonesia, interzum jakarta, IFMAC WOODMAC and IFFINA+ powered by imm cologne with one pass.
Can I register at the venue?
On-site registration is available, but advance registration is recommended to avoid queues and verification delays.
At the Venue
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The exhibition area is wheelchair accessible, with elevators and designated parking spaces available for visitors with disabilities.
What facilities are available onsite?
Visitors can access restrooms, prayer rooms, nursing rooms, medical facilities, retail areas, and food and beverage options throughout the venue.
Are there food and beverage outlets available at the venue?
Yes. Food and beverage outlets are available at the Homeliving Market area, along with pop-up cafés and restaurants at the venue.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Complimentary Wi-Fi may be available in public areas and exhibition halls. However, connectivity may vary during busy periods. Visitors are advised to have mobile data available for critical business needs.
What currency is used? Are credit cards accepted?
The official currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Credit cards are widely accepted at major establishments, but visitors are advised to carry sufficient cash for smaller purchases and incidental expenses.

Is there a security check at the entrance?
Yes. All visitors and belongings are subject to a security check upon entry to ensure a safe and secure exhibition experience.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted inside the exhibition venue.
What should I bring to the exhibition?
We recommend bringing your registration QR code and a valid form of identification for a smooth entry process.
International Visitors
Do I need a visa to enter Indonesia?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check the latest requirements with the official Indonesian Immigration authorities or your nearest Indonesian Embassy/Consulate before travelling.
Can you provide an Invitation Letter for my visa application?
Yes. Once you have successfully pre-registered as a visitor, you can request a Visa Invitation Letter (VIL) through your registration account.
