Venue & Accommodation

Please refer to this page for a detailed guide on how to reach the venue.

Jakarta offers a wide range of hotels. We recommend booking early. Some hotels near JIExpo Kemayoran include Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran, Holiday Inn Express, Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran, Double Tree by Hilton, etc. Major booking platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka) offer extensive options across different price points and locations. Consider proximity to the venue or public transport links.

The currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). While major hotels and restaurants accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard most common), it is highly recommended to carry sufficient cash (IDR) for smaller purchases, taxis, food stalls within the venue, and incidentals. ATMs are widely available or cash withdrawal.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is often available in public areas and halls, but connectivity can be variable due to high demand. For critical business, we recommend using your mobile data plan (check roaming options or purchase a local SIM card) or a portable Wi-Fi device.
